Welcome to the online booking of Cocoon - Luxury Business Hotel

• Hotel’s check-in & check-out Time is 12 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out requests can be considered subject to availability of rooms and additional charge.
• In case of early check-in, the room to be blocked from previous night onwards.
• Extra person Charges INR 950 exclusive of taxes. Extra bed will be arranged at Knight & Royal Suite only. As per house rule we do not provide extra bed on
   Club Rooms.
• As per company Policy we do not permit outside food, Liquor & beverages.
• Reservations of rooms/rooms category are subject to availability.
• All other activities (not covered in the package) would be charged extra.
• The room rate is inclusive of buffet breakfast & will be served at “Carramel” or any suitable venue from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
• Children up to the age of 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed will be complimentary (Morning Buffet Breakfast will be Chargeable). The
   children above 12 years will be considered as adults and attracts extra person charges with or without extra beds.
• Any change in the reservation may attract additional charges.
• Note: 21.5% ( 12.5% Luxury tax + 9% service tax ) is new tax applicable in room effective from 1st June 2016.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel/release non-guaranteed reservations a day prior to the date of arrival. The following terms and conditions shall be applicable for the bookings:

• The allocation of these rooms shall be made on electronically/email/fax communication received from your authorized people on respective letter heads.
• All the bookings will be deemed as a confirmed reservation unless specified as a provisional booking by the company. All the policies pertaining will
   be applicable to these confirmed bookings.
• The room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Rooms will be retained for the guests as per reservation till 18:00 hrs. or 6:00 hrs. from the hotel check in time, whichever is earlier after which the
   no show clause will be applied.
• As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo ID and produce it at the time of check in.
• In case of failure to abide by any clauses or non-payment, the liability of the said bill would lie with your office.
• We do not accept personal cheques.
• Pets not allowed.

Guarantee Reservation
• Corporate Companies: For booking up to 05 rooms, reservation subject to written confirmation through mail (official e-mail ID).
• For Individuals: Guaranteed reservation confirmation subject to 50% advance payment upon the payment of same Room Reservation Confirmation
   number will be provided for the said date.
• Group Bookings: Subject to 30% advance payments of total rooms reserved. Balance payments 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For FIT/Corporate: maximum up to 05 rooms, the cancellation charges will be as follows:
No Show: 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• Cancellation received less than 72 hrs. prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms
4-7 days: 50% Retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms..

For Group booking: more than 05 rooms, the cancellation charges are as follows:
• No Show : 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms
• Cancellation received less than 72 hrs. prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• Cancellation receives 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• Cancellation between 31 to 45 days prior to the date of arrival: 30% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
• Cancellation 46 days prior to the date of arrival: Apart from 30% non-refundable advance payment, the balance amount, if any,will be refunded.

Billing : - All bills to be settled by cash or credit card at the time of check-out.
